"It was as horrendous as locking my car keys in my vehicle, I in fact locked them in the boot. It was absolutely silly. I was loading the groceries in the car and slammed it shut without having recognising I had put the keys down within while packing. I called you as I had heard you were first class guys," is the review from one of the many more than happy clients in Ball. It is such an easy oversight to make any time you're in a hurry, in particular if you keep the car keys in your hands right after unlocking the boot. Luckily we got the boot open and managed to retrieve the car keys.

Missing key Ball:

The customer in Ball telephoned us with a disasterous situation as she had just popped outside the house to get her bag and the door had slammed shut after her. But, what made this a potential disasterous story was that she announced "Help me! I have locked my keys in the house and my baby is within." Of course we raced over there and fortunately traffic wasn't too bad. We were able to get there inside fifteen minutes and had the house opened rapidly. We found out soon after is that she labelled her tiny puppy "my baby".

Locked out of the house Ball:

"I love to go horse riding whenever I can and this last Sunday was the usual, except when I returned to my property I found that I had lost my key on the trail. I needed a reliable locksmith and it was great that you sorted it out so fast" reported another customer from Ball.
